Harbor Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. We help you shop multiple carriers — we don't issue policies ourselves. We are not an insurance company, a broker-dealer, or a registered investment adviser. We do not offer securities products.

02. Quotes Are Estimates, Not Guarantees
Quotes generated through this Site are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not offers of insurance, not binding on any carrier, and are subject to change based on underwriting review, credit checks, inspections, and carrier approval. Final premium and coverage terms are set by the issuing carrier.
03. You Agree to Provide Accurate Information
By submitting a quote request, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, policy cancellation, or denial of a claim.
04. We Submit to Multiple Carriers
When you request a quote, we may submit your information to multiple unaffiliated insurance carriers simultaneously to find you competitive options. Carriers may independently pull consumer reports including credit history (for insurance scoring), claims history (CLUE), and motor vehicle records. You may request we limit carrier submissions by contacting us before quoting begins. For details on carrier data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
05. Communications Consent (TCPA)
By submitting your phone number and requesting a quote, and by clicking the form submit button, you provide prior express written consent to be contacted by Harbor Insurance Agency and its agents at the number(s) provided, including through automated telephone dialing systems, AI-generated voice technology, prerecorded messages, and SMS/MMS text messages, for insurance quotes and related information. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, requesting removal during any call, or emailing service@harbor-ins.com. Message and data rates may apply. Typical text frequency: 2–6 messages/month.
06. No Coverage Is Bound Through This Site
Submitting a quote request does not bind or create any insurance coverage. Coverage is not effective until a policy is issued by an insurance carrier and all required payments are received.
07. No Investment or Legal Advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, financial planning, or legal advice. Our agents are licensed insurance professionals only.
08. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Harbor Insurance Agency or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harbor Insurance Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site is limited to $100.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County or Craven County, North Carolina.
