How we contact you
Quick read — three minutes. Written by a person, not a lawyer.
If we have your phone number, here's what to expect.
When you give us your phone number on the quote form, you're saying it's okay for us to reach out about your quote — by phone, text, or email. Sometimes that includes automated calls, automated text messages, or an AI-assisted voice when we first connect. A real human always picks up the file.
How often we'll text.
If you opt in to texts, expect roughly 2–8 messages a month — quote updates, payment reminders, the occasional promotional note. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
How to stop hearing from us.
Texts: reply STOP.
Calls: just tell us, or email service@harbor-ins.com and ask to be added to our Do Not Call list. We honor the request within 10 business days.
Email: click unsubscribe in any marketing email we send.
What we will not do.
- We will not condition a quote on you agreeing to be contacted.
- We will not sell your phone number.
- We will not text you at random hours.
- If your number was passed to us from a partner site, we still verify they had your consent before sharing it with us.
